Rep. Fitzgerald Statement on Passage of 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act to Lower Housing Costs and Boost Supply

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Scott Fitzgerald (WI-05) issued the following statement in response to the House passage of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act.

“Solving America’s housing shortage starts with increasing supply and cutting the red tape that makes it harder to build,” said Congressman Fitzgerald. “This legislation takes important steps to modernize HUD programs, improve access to financing, and eliminate federal barriers that slow housing construction so developers and rural banks can deliver more housing for hardworking Americans.
